& Experienced Rowers (More than 1 Yr of Rowing)

WHO ARE NEW TO ROWING
(If you attended a "Learn to Row" Summer Camp, this is for you!)
Rowers in this program will learn proper rowing techniques, and condition/practice with the Experienced Rowers 3 days a week. Rowers in this program do not compete in Fall racing but are encouraged to attend local regattas. Upon completion of the Learn to Row program, rowers will become Novice-level in the Winter.
